Sandy guides clinical breathwork, intuitive somatic bodywork and acupressure / marma therapy. She also works with crystal singing bowls. On the water she leads the quiet part of a retreat: a breath session at anchor, bodywork after a paddle, the half hour where nobody checks their phone.
