Weather changes

Whether a trip goes out on a given day is the operator's decision. Yahull passes on official marine forecasts and warnings but does not judge conditions. If the operator cancels a departure, you receive a full refund or a rebooking of your choice. If you cancel, the cancellation terms shown on the trip page and at checkout apply. If a trip does not reach the minimum number of guests stated on its page and is cancelled for that reason, you receive a full refund.

Commitments

1 · If the operator cancels (the captain or company decides not to go out, for any reason including weather or sea state): you get a full refund, or a rebooking if you prefer. This is not counted against you.

2 · If a trip is cancelled because it did not reach the minimum number of guests stated on its page: full refund.

3 · If you cancel: the cancellation terms shown on the trip's page and at checkout apply. Trips marked final sale or non-refundable on their page cannot be refunded. Where a trip page shows no cancellation terms, the terms shown at checkout apply.

How refunds are paid: back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, once approved; it usually shows on your statement within 5–10 business days. Any exception to the terms above is decided by a person on our team, not automatically.

These terms are interim version v0.1; the date they took effect is shown at the foot of this page. The policy that applies to your booking is the one shown at the time you paid; later changes do not affect earlier bookings.
